Our client, a well established growing and expanding property and casualty insurance broker, is seeking to add a Territory Sales Executive in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be located in the greater Los Angeles, Orange County or Inland Empire area. This is a virtual, home based sales position with a Southern California territory. This is an ideal position for a P&C Sales Producer who would be interested in selling a powerful commercial lines insurance product. Because of patented, state of the art technology, and a key relationship with a specialty insurance carrier, our client has a unique insurance product that closes an extremely high rate of presentations with a sale.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for surplus lines casualty (GL) programs written for specific niche markets. In addition to current programs, newly created programs will be added in the next twelve month. The Vice President will be responsible for marketing, brokering, underwriting, and the management of the office.

Job Title: Manager Employee Benefits, TPA Claims Operations

Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a Manager of Employee Benefits for TPA Claim Operations. This position will be responsible for project management, development of policies and procedures, client liaison relationships for new client intakes, RFP responses, Insurance Carrier Program Management, and general claim service to multiple units within the client's TPA Claims Operations. This is a corporate staff position with no direct reports. Initial key projects include supporting the Healthcare Benefits Claims Department. Additional future projects may support other areas of our TPA Claims Operations, including Property and Liability, Disability, Work Comp Units. Position requires flexibility and adaptability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years related experience in insurance claims, preferably with a TPA, and strength in healthcare/employee benefits claims administration. Other lines of claims experience would be a plus, but not required.
